many years back i wrote to state and central govt s. offices letters for p.m. and c.m.,there i gave many suggestions to increase the revenue without increasing taxes every year. i gave how they are not paid though consumers pay them.in many cases subsidy is also enjoyed.few points were on export where the value of products were less and exported in high value.double benefit duty draw back and black money transfer to other countries and save in abroad this game is going on since decade but due to interest of many it was censored and not highlighted and the concerned offices kept mum on this matter with no reply.there were many economics lacuna in practice but not highlighted due to it showed weaknesses of governance or personal involvement and monitory losses.few of them i will again highlight.
why so...if the consumer pay taxes why not realistic by seller.due to suvidha much in existance since british times now on very high rate,is one of the reason of burden oh high prices and taxes.i remember the statement of present in office the renowned economists of his times one on very high post in govt. that if development then people will have to face price hike,this is a statement of political leader not a economist.our country has suffered a lot due to poor governance and corruption in all areas.it may be projects,schemes,or any other investment.the real budget is actually goes in large percentage to the pockets due to high tenders,manipulations,rework of same nature,old made new,same projects have been economical if proper planned.e.g. first a road or other by corpora-tor/sabhasad fund,afterwards in extended form including old by m.l.a.,then a big project by m.p. for like sewage all go to damage,then some other big yojna comes to make all o.k.,actually the development was only in few kilometer area. this all is manipulation of utilizing the funds.i propose all allotted funds to be stopped and the planner for district to be one and the concerned representatives to see the work quality in their area,and get proposals for their area.too many departments,nigams involved not give equal development and proper use of funds are not there.the real economics is to save money.due to earning vote bank repetitions of work,partiality,corruption and many other things can not be brought on record.
funds allotment in many hands is also the reason of loss on way till it reaches,less hands more development all should be centralized at district level.all should be answerable cumulatively and the political representation to keep eye on such simply openings,attending parties is not the task given by people.their duty is to serve people and country simply attending parliament,assemblies,is not the verdict by people of country.their duty is to see the national interests not personal or of their area,community caste creed or their party. this can be taken for elections but after taking oath and seat you become the property of country.this also applies on service class,misuse of seat or position for immaterial things on the pyre of crores who not get the benefit due to corruption on way and application.the coming generations will be very educated and they will not forgive their predecessors either in home or governance.a common man understand every thing like bribe,fixation of misuse of laws,media t.v.,have made them everything understand.all understand game of politics and now it is flourishing business to be in politics not social service..
