REVIEW OF MY IDEAS OR SUGGESTIONS EARLIER.

I HAD BEEN WRITING FOR ENVIRONMENT SINCE LONG.THERE ARE ONLY PEOPLE BEHIND WHO DO NOT COOPERATE OR NOT CONCERNED TO ENVIRONMENT.THE POLLUTANTS ARE COMING FROM INDUSTRY,HOMES AND BY DESTROYING NATURAL RESOURCES.MAN HAVE HARMED A LOT TO UNDERGROUND WATER,FORESTS AND BY THROWING WASTE PRODUCTS WITHOUT ANY CARE.IF ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO SUCH THEN STILL THE WORLD CAN BE SAVED FROM THIS DISASTER.THE MOST EFFECT IS BY DEVELOPED AND DEVELOPING BY DISCHARGE OF EFFLUENTS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE INDUSTRY WITHOUT PROPER WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT. THE OTHER LOSS GIVING IS THE WASTE FROM SUCH INDUSTRY THROWN.THE RIVERS IN INDIA LIKE GANGES AND YAMUNA ARE FACING THREAT.HIGH CUTTING OF TREES ILLEGALLY AND NO PLANTATION,EXPANSION OF RESIDENTIAL AREAS WITHOUT PROPER PLANNING IS ONE OF THE OTHER REASON. THE THEORY IS THAT ONE OUT OF TEN TREES SURVIVE.THE NEW COLONIES PLANNED NOT HAVE TREE RESERVES,WHAT ALL PLANTED IN PARKS DO NOT SURVIVE DUE TO ANIMALS AND PUBLIC ENTRY.THE STRAY ANIMALS ARE THE OTHER CAUSE AND THREAT TO TREES. THE KILLING OF ANIMALS WHO WERE KEEPING ECO BALANCE IS ANOTHER CAUSE.EARLIER PEOPLE NOT ENCROACHED FORESTS DUE TO WILD ANIMALS FEAR.THE FORESTS RESERVES AND AREA IS REDUCING.THOUGH THE STRAY ANIMALS CAN BE DROVE TO FORESTS BUT NOT DONE.COMMON TREATMENT PLANTS ARE NOT MANAGED AND GENERALLY TO SAVE EXPENSES OF EFFLUENT TREATMENT DUE TO CORRUPTION OR SHORTAGE OF FUNDS THE EARTH IS GETTING POLLUTION BE SEEPAGE,DISCHARGE TO RIVERS PONDS ETC. POSSIBLE TO MANAGE.TOO MUCH OF WATER PROCUREMENT BY R.O. FOR BOTTLING WHICH CAN BE DONE AT NATURAL SOURCES BUT DONE FROM UNDERGROUND IS CAUSING WATER LEVEL RECEDING AND ALSO HARMING TREES.THE SHRUBS PLANTS TREES ARE LESS SURVIVING DUE TO WATER LEVEL GOING DOWN AND NO WATER HARVESTING.THE ROAD SIDES UNNECESSARILY EVEN IN COLONIES ARE CONCRETED WHICH IS PREVENTING SEEPAGE OF RAIN WATER.THE ADDITION OF ROOF TOP TO SEWAGE LINES GIVING OVERLOAD TO SUCH DRAINAGE SYSTEM.THIS IS PREVENTING FRESH WATER TO GO TO RIVERS PONDS LAKES ETC.SUCH CONNECTIONS NEED TO BE SEPARATED.I SUGGESTED MANY MONTHS BACK THAT CITY WATERS MAY BE DIRECTLY ADDED TO DRAINS ON BOTH SIDE OF RIVERS AND CARRIED TO FAR FROM CITIES.MIXING OF VARIOUS EFFLUENTS REDUCE TOXICITY. AND B.O.D. And c.o.d. is better.there treated on both banks e.t.p., and to be given to canals for irrigation. i observed that such water contains friendly products to farming land as it contains many pesticides etc.such treated water have given good results. sludge may be send to low lying areas and eucalyptus may be planted there to evaporate the water.much can be done in tannery cluster areas if proper treatment is done. the tannery effluent contains many organic and inorganic contents and by proper management the stinking problem and other hazardous toxic effluents can be controlled. the remedy is to do combination tanning with lowest chrome possible as practiced in developed countries. the chrome recovery plants from effluents are must for tanner and leather production houses.this can be a saving procedure.

so to save the globe,environment and to keep the planet green is necessary that all may cooperate to save the earth.not thinking of their little benefits to save expenditures in treatment and disposal.this is a threat by many that if now not controlled and if the controlling agencies are not serous or strict then the consequences of such can cause water shortages starvation,less production of agricultural products,extinction of animal and birds.skin and breathing problems and mainly cancer and many other diseases.

how criminals take advantage and crime % increasing.

i started in my earlier blogs writing about crime,terrorism,and also gave many suggestions to p.m.o. office and other concerned.many i am happy have been implemented and worked out.i will summarize some of them important again.
since my childhood i also got society of some big police and administration officials.we use to hear their experiences as stories.i also updated many from my wife memories.her father was at very high profile in British government and at last before 1947, he was manager of state of Mr. Paul near saharanpur.those days he was responsible for all operations of the state concerned to forests,recovery and other operations.he left for Lucknow and then he also worked for many taluqadars and rajas.
cumulatively IDEAS came in my my mind and adding my personal experiences i wrote many articles on crime.3c is worth reading for new in this field.the standard and values of police was very great before and after partition.but the position worsened in last for decades.the difference i mention,olden period if one policemen use to go to village there was terror there what had happened.now they retaliate and argue.why all due to many involved in wrong support or others well known.many times i closely asked many why so,the clear reply was that i gave bribe for appointment and i have still to pay interest of my mortgaged land. the story with others may be different.so the root of corruption starts from the entry. in British times also corruption was there but the rate of crime was very less.the reason was that no obligations of any,no allowances of any sort with culprit.the law application were same for all.not like if any marked car with red,blue very less the concern of duty peep inside.their is a law if the officer or other portfolio holder is not inside car it should be covered.many can make use of ambulances or such others of high portfolios. for diverting the minds.many cases seen were detected involvement of high profile family or friends.such always find shelter of such.earlier in British time the information system by common was also fool proof.no leakages,now as once i wrote to a very senior i.p.s.,officer a complaint.he asked me to sent photos of such.who will or can be present on such occasions,the idea GIVEN WAS TO BE BE VERIFIED BY SELF OR CONCERNED.this is the reason that as earlier people not run after culprits because so much of formalities and lacuna's that it becomes a personal grudge for the helper.in British time and also after independence their was bribe or suvidha but only from those who are indulged in or caught in illegal activities,like those doing business of selling theft products,adulterated products,satta agents,smugglers,sellers of such products,sellers of duplicate,wanderers,eve-teasers,and other such activities which were not directly to the common man.they use to not spare such in their ways use to punish and vice versa.so there was confidence and faith.NOW THE PERCENTAGE OF COMPLAINTS ARE MORE IN COMPARISON TO PRAISE OR GOOD WORK.THEN OFFICERS NEVER Participated in any party meeting or programme on any cause or occasion.they were only to look for their responsibility.of any class or status.why because any verbal statement can become a issue.one i quote,once a very senior i.p.s. was in a felicitation programme in kamla nagar ,as usual garland etc. after the party or programme was over some asked that we can make our areas covered by gates.the acceptance not on record was taken for granted,the work still lying incomplete was done,then the objections came because it is against law to prevent entry. then afterwards that officer stated that he only allowed barriers not such gates.this is how personal talks are taken as granted as permissions.
i have written lot for police reforms,training as per present way of crimes, the other suggestion i did is in progress and helping lot in detecting such.much can be improved by simply cool watch on such places where the culprits often accumulate,beside uses and safety now the use of non standard helmet is giving support to culprits. the covering of face is even done in such places where it should not be allowed. use of mobile in banks and outside wanders accumulation to be prevented.the corp on duty not to be on chairs in English officer way. if tired then rep-lament and short duty can be given on such places where the crime starts.the internal security also can recognize often coming to banks. they can prevent unnecessary waiting for no work.strictness by all can only prevent crimes.high crime areas can be more checked by r.t.o.,traffic police,picket,and vigilance can follow such for seeing their activities in peak hours of market and banks opening. public can also prevent by using more cheques for payments,it is a white money and can be paid easily without any fear of taxation. those who go outsides can make use of c.b.s/drafts etc.a.t.m are there for other short requirements.police also to see that sometimes it can be fake report to claim from insurance the loot or theft as found many times.awareness can stop such.be away from talking to a person keeping his bike start,may be he may be diverting your mind,prevent stopping o0n way,and shoeing of the amount in banks.all police department can not control.people will have to support by their management.high values may be transferred by cheques or drafts.only a little commission loss. police will have to be more mobile and vigil and people to support in vehicles checking and not to make a prestige issue or otherwise.because the criminals of these days are well equipped,well dressed,well connected and take the advantage of rush,encroachment and hindrances to be after them or photograph due to hindrances.much can change by awareness,vigil,unity during the incident occur.no country in world can provide one security with one person.we will have to secure by precautions and police by fast movement as done in developed countries.all cooperate for it then chances of reducing.politicians also to support for right causes seeing the reason and intention behind.such diverts the mind of investigating agencies.generally culprits try to keep the forces involved in other conflicts to enable them or their group to do their illegal activities.beware of them................

it is possible

this is the best season to plant trees.though the forest department as usual plant saplings every year,but others also can cooperate and help.their is lot of open land lying in compounds of govt. offices,schools,railways others.this can be done by public and staff cooperation as shram Dan and to be looked after by appointed Mali staff.they also should have guards to protect from animals.the road sides,highways,space around park of colonies after removing hoardings etc to be used to plant saplings or seeds in order.this will develop in good look and shelter for humans and animals in summer.the stray animals to be send to shelters and n.m.p. to be very strict in wandering animals like ox,cow others.if not the property of any can be sent to jungles.these only causes sometimes opportunity to antisocial to steal for illegal purposes.they harm the young trees.there are many self sufficient gaushalas where they can look after well.the n.g.o. can collect food door to door for them.people also to think of green plants and made aware not to harm them.this can be best social help to plant trees.very important to stabilize the water level and to save environment.if any want to feel difference practically can pass on road with trees or through any park,the heat is very less and pleasant. so all come forward to save and plant trees can be of giving fruits like jamun,mango,khinni,and many others which also give fruits beside shed for all human and animals.

DECENCY

i write generally on word to elaborate its meaning.in continuation to it today the new word decency. this word is a very polished word used for good and respected families. like all are decent in their family.etc. the person becomes decent by its sanskars values tarbiyat in Urdu given by parents,some improvement comes in primary school.but nature can not be fully changed. the children follow their mothers father family they live.much can improve by education and teachers but its depend also on environment and background of family. children of rural have more values then many educated,urban slums living areas.the behavior of children is a clear picture to show the background of a certain family. attitude,way of talking,driving,all comes from family habits and teachings for the right or wrong.illiteracy is one of the main cause if parents are uneducated then the children learn only when grown up and move in society.those who go in good society improve and those in bad deteriorate.how the indecency is judged that is judged by behavior of a person. what he inherits genetically shows effect till seven generation reducing generation to generation. the 8th. gen next is perfect in all.if not married by successors in undeveloped or premature minds.
i have researched on many students and the opinion of philosophers,learned and the religious books briefings are found right leaving exceptions. the man shows his inside attitude we whenever he get excited or in anguish. such are also seen mean, mean also comes under indecent category.how the indecent or of poor brought up or new rich by unfair means not deserving to be behaves. they have teasing tendency,show off,unnecessary boasting,to be away from genius,untruthful,run from good society.bad attitude,no respect to teachers,elders others.so poor sanskars person or child by his behavior,attitude,habits,etc himself exposes the facts of being indecent.much can be changed by good reading,practice,society.this character is sign of backwardness and it effects also the career of a person. the other exception is of due to some disease that is only one or two person in whole family.

how it can be managed...

since long i am communicating to the local authorities for some strictness in many MATTERS WHICH ARE PROBLEM TO ENVIRONMENT.but the slow action and no cooperation of citizens is increasing pollutants day by day.people do not follow traffic rules the cause of jams,one can feel itching in eyes.those sitting in a/c vehicles no problem,and how many can afford such.no body wants to be in q short cuts and wrong parking anywhere they like is the main cause of jams.the passing of traffic at crossings are all haphazard and cross entry makes hindrances and cause jams.for this people have to change mentality and think of others and how to reduce pollution by closing their vehicle engines.at some crossing the methods to pass is wrong two sides traffic at a time in crossed way always cause jams due to hurry of many.people not want to take pains to park their scooters,cars,at one proper place.if one have to shop the car is parked on road can be seen in rush markets all over the cities in u.p.,none have patience or decency.generally people get down at the place they visit for show off mainly.now cars are common this was no problem when rarely people had cars.that days it was status symbol not easy to afford.nobody think by such small mistakes how much pollutants unnecessary go to atmosphere due to jams.fast never pollutes that much.

the other pollutants created are by garbage not thrown at right place.even educated throw on roads,can be seen even in posh areas.on other side people go to jims,but there movement and laziness in keeping the area clean is not in their practice.the worse can be seen in rush places,stands,stations,and other offices.the worst position is near dustbins near parks,on roads,at many house front.this is not the concerned cleaning dept. problem.not possible to dispose again and again.not done anywhere in world.in all developed countries the corporators look such in their area and the mayors etc. check when ever possible.the cities can not be kept clean until and unless the local citizens cooperate.in our country private tradition workers are in most areas.such garbage can be handed over to them.a little local can contribute then only the manpower with local authorities can manage.

it is impossible for admin to give one helper for every house all the day round.many can be seen carrying bags of garbage and throwing on any place nobody to see.this is theft or mean mentality to make other areas dirty for few rupees monthly.those who use the parks etc for marriages parties etc.though they save much illegally utilizing such places by consent of self made local societies and they charge unaccountable money for it never themselves remove the remains of food leftovers,garbage very same night.it gives a foul smell to those who go for exercise or morning walk.this is all due to no check and air pollution also made by generators.because the electric temporary connection cost more.n.m.p. are the owners of such parks,roads and open govt.land they should make it compulsory to pay for such and arrangement to dispose and clean the parks and other places in night itself.some extra benefit can be given to workers appointed for such duties,and a vigil will also be there and the palikas will add a lot to their revenue.this will reduce pollution if all done as per rules.most of the parks have electric connections for water supply such can be utilized for power supply or by electric company.why residents to be disturbed for such programmes after 11.00p.m.

if some income is extra added to n.m.p. s and forest may utilize and maintain the park sides,parks,other public places for greenery by planting trees then we can hope for more green cities and less dust,etc.one should see Chandigarh.the local authorities should visit such cities to see how they manage and how locals cooperate.much can be improved for air pollution,water pollution,air pollution if the concerned departments like r.t.o.,n.m.p.,forests,others become strict on offenders and for such illegals not hearing videography can be done.help for c.c.t.v. also can be vowed by other dept,an added use beside security.so for improving cumulatively all will have to come forward and cooperate.offenders to be challaned starting from less amount to higher gradually on repeated offence.the administration will have to be strict on their subordinates,keeping an eye of duty,attendance etc.much can be improved by giving some award or incentive on taking extra initiative.as awarded in private professionally manage companies.getting government job to be not taken for granted as liberty.for this administrative services and departmental heads will have to create examples for subordinates.this will be a big social help to the country besides profession.much can be managed if properly planned.this will itself minimize corruption and their is no need of any rally or hunger strike if all of the concerned in every sector start working in modern and managed way.those who are for such causes are also requested to follow the norms of their organizations.in future they will also be questioned.they can help the country by planting trees,do shramdan,others.simply highlighting the old causes will not work.all have to work at grass root level in their own areas.government and politicians to see on priority the real and basic requirements for mass.there are existing ministries and infrastructure for all.only to do is to accelerate by management and control.the poor out put and not real progress is much more since last thirty years.the big cause is also more interference of aristocracy in bureaucracy.i mean more political interference in general matters.though political leaders have such a big platform like assembly,parliament to put up the matters which they feel going wrong.direct interference is effecting ones right and favour to other.in political pressure strict actions cannot be taken by higher authorities.so if fair work may go on public will not have fear to get the right job done or to prevent pressure of any kind.if all go on right path and feel their responsibilities and citizens may cooperate in such.much will be up-to the mark and easy for the concerned dept t.to manage.

how to reduce irritation,anger.

generally we see irritation among all classes.it is observed in all sections of society.you go for a work to any place sometimes you face such.the person is irritated due to some of his personal reasons you face the anger.sometimes such become issue and you also loose temper.why this occurs there are many reasons behind it.may be you have not got place of your choice,due to any disease,overload of work,partiality in distribution of your work,teasing knowingly by somebody in your neighbor or work place.many are sensitive in such and they get irritated very soon.generally some know your weaknesses and they make you irritate.sometimes they do it to make mistakes by you and they may get some benefit.generally persons get irritated due to no fulfillment of their ambitions and they not say openly but they feel it and become irritant on little reasons.sometimes it due to atmosphere where you stay or work,or due to environment.sometimes this tendency is due to hypertension or any other disease not well treated.so there are hundreds of causes which makes a person of this nature.

but how to prevent and get rid of such.on deep studies on the causes and its prevention by our daily routine and researched and experienced by many the natural and food therapy my favorite is briefed next.

get regular check for your medicines.
yoga and morning walk necessary.
take full sleep.
use green vegetables,salad,curd,in your food.
use some laxative or hot milk in night if you are fond of non veg.
try to give some time to your interests.
use if you are addict of any very less maximum possible drinks,gutka or cigarette
go once in a year to your place of liking for a change.
don't give attention on comments of others.
take everything very lightly and try to forget,better solve the problems instead of thinking for.compare yourself from others of your friends who are facing more problems.
keep limitations of your requirements seeing your earning and not hope to get everything you want.console for what you have.
have a planned and calculated budget of your expenses.
save for outing in a week for your family from other expenses which can be adjusted.

so if your life is regular,consoling nature,planned for every thing you can be cool and your life can be loving.you will get rid of much problems which temporarily occur due to many reasons.
