daily we read and see in news bulletin,columns,articles,blogs about the incidents happening all around us all over the country and world.you come through the news of drug mafias,land mafias,kidnappers,thief gangs,rap stories, loot,created jams, etc.the main cause of it that we do not fear of law GOD or lost our moral values.for us is to earn anyhow the money,people make plans to harm and hurt other emotions,factories throw untreated water in sewage lines,rivers and streams.unauthorized encroachment of ponds,open land river side land,railway land other places is done without thinking of difficulties of other residents.people throw garbage at any place not thinking of its harms but only to get rid of problems of their own.the responsible authorities know the offenders who are misusing their liberty due to corruption,when a normal person can see the problems why not they.it means that all is going in there shelter or support,overloading,theft,duplicate products in market,even life saving drugs,saving of govt.taxes though paid by consumers,black-marketing,all is in practice without any fear,the reason behind it that there is large %of illegal and anti socials.the aim is only to earn excess money this is only leading the country toward more rich and less medium class and high class.the poor is surviving in hardships.though the political people have billions no explanation where from it came,can be seen all over the world all rulers have tonnes of gold and billions jewels.so the extracted money of mass is going to the private pockets.if such increase of personal money will increase it can create more dictators,they can even manage to get their own arms,army,professional fighters.this is not a good sign excess money accumulation is house of devil and creates over and undesired ambitions and threat to democracy all over the world.the man running for money can become dictator,osama,terrorist outfit,dawood,or anything he wants.the main reason of increase in crime is also available facilities,they are fast then security services.people now do not fear for financial losses for months because they are getting food and shelter for there livelihood from illegal accumulated money. so what i want to point out is that all governments if want to reduce their problems will have to stop of flow of illegal money coming through corruption and illegal activities.political representation to be screened so that right may reach in the ruling or governing capacity.corruption needed to be removed from grass root level,and children in school compulsorily to be taught real moral values.more attention towards education can minimize such tendency increasing in society like cancer.if no attention given then their will be no democracy but elected will also become dictators with the support of immense wealth they will accumulate by illegal means.same in the time of zamindars,taluqadars,kings of past.then it will be too late to comment or control.all in vain.

social service these days has become a gateway to get popularity or fame.but in my view this is not meant only for those who have spare money.you or one can do it with his resources only.
the ways are starting from your home you can keep your house front clean,give left food to animals,do not use poly bags,ask others to stop using and tell them the disadvantages,share your knowledge with others.tech free if you know any subject,give your old clothes,other rejects to needy.you may get very less in selling to kabari but that is usable to others after spending some money in repairs.give old books,uniform,winter clothes etc to any organization who is working for such people.this will not cost you high and you will be a part in social service.
those who not have time and can afford to help can support in kind like bedsheets,towels,medicines to govt. hospitals.there are many ways you can help i have mentioned on my websites....

we spend lot of money in preparation of food in parties and marriages and lot is thrown on roads.if all can be saved and sent to homes many can enjoy it.they will also share good food which is generally wasted.so by our own resources we can help others.if we manage to send any stray animal to shelter it is also a social service.if we prevent somebody to burn poly products we help environment.if we plant a tree in our waste land or in space in front of our house it is a help.if we care for a tree planted by forest or other organization by simply giving a bucket of water it is a service.

shelter now very essential for animals

we can find thousands of animals like dogs,ox,cow,wandering on roads.the n.m.p. are now not very conscious about them due to many organizations for prevention on cruelty on animals.such organizations have got orders from court but they have not come forward to make shelters for such in tehsil level.shelter is an expensive project and it can be done in collaboration with government.the monkeys are now in large number in many cities of India and are frustrated due to lack of shelter,food and cure of many diseases.that will be only possible in proper shelters with good surroundings and adequate space and facilities.the funds spent on vaccines which actually are out of reach of common men will also be saved.there are many n.g.o.s working in other fields they can join the infrastructure of palikas to serve the animals.this will also prevent roaming of domestic animals and the animals can be saved from anti socials which is always a cause of tension in a certain community. those who want to save such animals should also visit goshallas and ask the societies not to allow roaming of bovines on road to prevent theft of such animals for illegal purposes.strict law and management can stop all such illegal activities.
administration is also requested to be strict on stray and domestic animals roaming in indian cities.

what these people want

i am reading news in many news paper statement by a senior party leader and well known so called spiritual personality.i cant understand what message they want to give to indian nationals.i am surprised that the other political parties and the ruling state and central government has not still condemned it.what message we want to give to illiterate mass of India who even not know meaning of such revolutions which occurred in Egypt against Mubarak govt.
in our country we are fed up by bandhs,rallies,road jams,loss to public property and private property. if such big leaders will propose such then what they want like mandal agitations which anyhow prevented due to babri masjid conflict.thanks that the youngsters diverted to others otherwise the position was going worst.the innocent youngsters are not much understanding about politics.the anti socials,anti nationals always wait for such disturbances.this effects the development of country.leaders of any type should stop to give such statements and they are strictly objectionable and to be condemed by everyone.

our country already have lot of problems,facing price hikes,budget losses,delays in projects due to lack of funds,unstable govt s. supported by many,corruption,non working tendency,crime,etc. now it is not in position of facing any sort of crisis if created by such statements. people should ignore such ideas in favour of country and its constitution.our constitution have given us power to throw any government by our voting.we have elections every five years.this is in the hands of the citizens to elect any party of their choice.the resources of Egypt,Sudan and other countries are high in comparison to India and they can face such.the indian economy can not bear such events like there and those who have given such statement should apologize.

our country have such a strong constitution that here it is not possible for anybody to rule like Mubarak government. even emergency not worked in India and military rule also is impossible in India due to very limited powers with the head of air force,army or navy.president,prime minister,defense minister have special powers in india not like other countries of world.even if any state is going out of constitution of india president rule can be imposed. during the formation of constitution seeing the past history of india every thing was kept in mind and powers were allotted to prevent any situation like dictatorship. i suggest all to go through the constitution of India and upgrade their knowledge and then such bad ideas will never come in their minds

stray animals in india

though many leaders,organizations.N.G.O.,s are indulged in many activities of welfare of animals but they are limited up to treatment or rescue.as most of the ngo s are in hand of political people or retired administrative people in india the animals are not getting the due care.most of the funds are spent in office,coveyance etc the actual help is very less.the funds of most n.g.os. s in all fields are used in consumable products which can be easily manipulated on papers.
the sray animals like dogs,cows,bull can be seen roaming all over the roads of india.though the n.m.p.have the infrastructure of rescue etc. but due to lack of funds and infrastructure they are non functioning. the court orders prevent them for castration,or transfer to jungles or other shelters which are negligible in india. the funds are provided for non assets so the n.g.o. s are spending on care only.it will be recommendable to provide funds to govt.agencies because they are somewhat answerable and have a big team of administration.the misuse in percentage is less in government control agencies. in india govt.is providind funds to socities whose controllers are not anserable strictly.there balance sheets of the use of funds can be manipulating like funds provided by govt.for mid day meals in private hands most of them are politically related figures are not giving the desired results and always complaints are seen in news.
it had been better to transfer certain amount to the account of students,or a token may be issued to get grains,pulses from govt.canteens or stores.that will be in direct reach of needy and no wastage of food as generally thrown by children and even showed utilised for the students who do not need them and bring their own lunch tiffins. our govt providind such funds are giving space for corruption.
in govt. budgets i always see that more part is for such purposes which can not be practically verified like for melas,leader anniversaries,.always more money is spent on already constructed roads etc.where actual expenses are not calculable. since British times we have many dept.s like p.w.d. n.m.p.,forest etc. why there services are not utilized directly.unnecessary other nigams and societies are involved and the share of funds are utilized by them and the big infrastructure of govt dept.s sit idle or not utilized of their capacity. as earlier n.m.p., was concerned to get some earnings from the entry of goods in cities but now it is done by a big infrastructure of Mandi samiti,and like wise and then the funds for development come through state govt to local agencies. unnecessary expenses on recover through other nigams.too many nigams lack coordination of work and the work is unplanned due to separate control.e.g. crores was spent a year back on roads and after-wards jal nigam started sewage work all money of public wasted.this all occurred not due to centralized work at district level.
previously always master plans and five year plans were in force.such use to prevent losses and the works were not done to consume only the quota of par shads,m.l.a.,m.p.,or other projects specially allotted.due to no coordination few areas get more yojnas and many lack OF THEM. THE RURAL AREAS ARE NOT AS DEVELOPED AS URBAN OR FEW COLONIES WHO ARE GETTING SPECIAL FAVOR BY THE REPRESENTATION.every one is bothered about vote bank not of development of whole country.
so all i highlighted is that the planners should screen the facts and the money given by people in the form of taxes to be utilized perfectly,and the lacuna which cause corruption to be minimized.funds must be used for constructive and usable purposes .

my forecast for next.

now i see that the young have less interest in administrative services.though there are exceptions that engineers,technologists,doctors go for exams,but they are all those who are not satisfied with their first profession or not successful.it does not look that after wasting so much time they want to change line the circumstances may be different.the talented get campus selection for higher job as soon as they complete studies.seeing exceptions we must not think that brighter have charm for administrative jobs.the reason of graph going down and to go more in future reason is that the senior officials are directed by different opinions.sometimes they even feel humiliated when unnecessary transferred or even not cooperated by political powers.every department is directed by some who even not know the a.b.c.d.,of the technology or management.sometimes they can not decide either to favour or go by law.this sometimes create law and order problem.to much of interference even keep them away from their responsibilities.every party favours as per his agenda.
what i want to high light is that government servant is always in very tense position,who to favour and who to not.if he is strict in public interest he have have to face confrontation by the protesters. today on the wall of d.m. site i was reading a comment,this is a way to protest in democracy.i could not understand that where it is in constitution to effect the rights of mass by few protesters.the railway lines,high ways,important roads have become a weapon for calling the administration and way of protest. o.k. it is to highlight the problems but their are other ways.why these are not put up in zero hours in parliament or can be taken up peacefully by giving memorandum with signatures and the verification i.d.,to be attached for genuine support of the supporter,idles also go along with them as it was stated by a senior leader few days back that the damage of government property was not the deed of their party.if all in writing this will also prevent such.anti socials or even other opposition party supporters who can even take advantage of such occasions.Agra had been always sensitive and on many occasions the stories are shaped communal.state controlled problems can be put up in assemblies and the working days of parliament and assemblies must be increased.as i suggested in my previous blogs and columns a place should be fixed for demonstrations.years back they were occasional but now all parties adopt this method now even communities/non political parties have started this for their demands and can be seen on any incident.any problem block the rods for compensation early settlement.a day will come that so much of jams will occur due to such that people will not reach offices,hospitals,schools which is also a right of citizen of India.so by this i request the assembly and parliament to put this matter in houses and a law should be made to prevent use of public roads and tracks for such purposes.all political parties should cooperate and a method to be found to reduce the problem of mass and common man who are more bothered to run their livelihood....

who is guilty for such.

today i was to court. i use public transport three wheeler to reach my destination. u.p.s.r.t.c. buses though run on my route from kamla nagar to bhagwan talkies,but they not run on time and not on desired route due to encroachment on both sides of road.the other reason is fight between bus drivers or understanding to not pick passengers from the places the three wheelers are on route.the buses provided are marcopolo big size not easy to turn and are not easily turn-able at many points.though a survey was done by higher officials how such were passed on the route.this is the reason the three wheelers are taking advantage people have to go for duties daily so they are helpless.if any passenger objects for overloading then he will have to face opposition by the drivers of three wheelers.many times they even abuse to women and prevent fat ladies and men to search some other.they have taken for right to carry seven passengers and a fat driver.small seats added near driver seats are very inconvenient.many have fallen when emergency break is taken.nobody reports because all have to be on route daily.
the auto drivers clearly say that they do not fear of anybody.r.t.o. or police because they give a good amount daily. now this they say but who knows they are correct or taking advantage of no checks on this route.many times at the time of fare increase for two to three days only five passengers were taken then as usual. it is to be seen that why no fear of law.it is not a very big distance from kamla NAGAR TO BHAGWAN, COMPARATIVELY THE FARE IS MORE FROM OTHER ROUTES.all is beared by passengers whether it is monopoly or corruption or political support.many times the local news papers highlighted about behavior and overloading,but no action was taken by r.t.o. or police deptt. it means something is wrong.it is openly misuse of no strictness and needed attention all over India.why people bear at the cost of corruption or no alternate to commute.if proper attention is given towards running of small buses state or undertaking with proper control the problem can be resolved.what a pitty position people traveling in other laps nobody to see.common man suffers, concerned officials may travel without any prior program because they all become perfect on checking days then only they can understand the reality.in our country their are informers in all departments who are mediators for corruption and bribe.
